OD Squared was initially set up as a sole trader consultancy focussed on Organisation Development & Design and Organisation Dynamics. It was (is) for:

• Leadership and Team Coaching and Assessment
• OD Advisory – Group methods for developing aspects of organisational life, OD planning, Talent, Leadership, Teams, Employee Listening, Change and OD Technology
• Project and Change Management

While I am employed and not operating a consultancy, this website is being used to support my PhD research.
